Hi, I also have read the gabriel method once and am now in the process of reading it again.
I started using his method as well as the BB. but I have a lot of trouble visualising which is a big part of his method. I have even made a poster of the slim me (from my virtual model) using my own head and in various outfits I have also included a few of the quotes I got from his website. Don't know if this is helping or not but I am very happy with my weight loss so far.

I know what you mean about having trouble visuallising... I too had done a virtual model
1 at 120kg
1 at 110kg
and another at 70 kg

I've now put big crosses over the bigger 2 and am focusing on the 70kg one... "I look gooooood!!!" but I'm just in jeans and a shirt... it is a nice idea to do it for various outfits LOL

I read a lot !! 

I have to admit that I too went into total lock down reading the Twighlight series.  Am definately a fan of Edward.  Very addictive indeed!!  Looking forward to the next movie.  Recently finished my first Wilbur Smith book, "Gold" - have since been told it is not one of his best  . . .
Highly recommend "The Full Cupboard of Life" by Alexander McCall Smith - author of The No 1 Ladies' Detective Agency.
