Hi everyone,
I've just started on my bb weightloss program on friday just gone (9/4/2010).. for the first couple of days I couldn't be bothered doing the exercising of 30mins a day.. usually by the time I've thought about going one of my 3 kids under 5yrs want something or its lunch/dinner time.. bugga... now I can't do it...

well, I've been reading the other topic & found some good incentives (ideas) on how to do it..

On sunday I bought myself an ipod second hand & told ex hubby to mind kids while I do 30mins exercise.. I walked for an hr - from my place to whitfords ave (perth).. couldn't believe how quick the time went listening to my fave songs.. its was great & I felt like a million dollars & very proud of myself for getting off my butt & actually doing it.. I did this around 3pm

Monday: I dropped the 2 youngest kids off to daycare & got on my wii fit for 1.20hrs... was going for a walk around the block with my oldest son (5yrs) but started to rain... bugga !!! not happy jan.. this was around 11am

Tues: I had left my mobile at daycare.. damm!! so I bundled the youngest into the pacific trailer & off I went with the 2 oldest kids walking next to me... she lasted for approx 20mins before she got tired... poor kid  (2yrs).. my oldest was still bouncing so thought why not !!! I'll keep going.. she went into the trailer as well (its a double) & we kept trudging off to daycare... omg I never realised how many steep hills there were on the way to daycare.. I got halfway & thought " I'm bugged... I'll walk to the next pole then go home & get the car"... well, I said that the whole way there & we finally made it to daycare & back home... took 1.5hrs - the back of my legs were killing me, I was still trying to get over the last couple of days exercise I did...I've never been so sore.. I could hardly move... I did this early in the morning around 9am

Wed: I went & had a weigh in.. twas a little early but had to see if this whole bb & exercising was working... well, did I get a shock !!! I lost just over 2kg.. I was ecstatic & over the moon... all the hard work, only eating the shakes & healthy meals were actually working... I was losing my baby fat !!!  I did my wii fit again - was raining

Well, now I'm more than motivated to lose this extra baggage... I live in perth (nor) & would love to meet other ppl who have started this & would like some company while walking - its safer in pairs than not !!

Hope you all have the same results as I did... I must admit I was dubious about the whole thing but, looking at my results its all worth it...
