Hi all  Grin

I have been on here before and sucessfully lost 20kg on the program in 2007/ 2008, it was the only program that I found worked for me.

I find the diary useful, and for the last 3 years continue to make the wonderful salad dressing Cheesy

Anyway here are the stats:
W: 123.9
Bust: 126
W: 129
H: 142

First goal is to lose 10 kg by my 30th bday in a few months, I think it is very doable.

just weighed myself, and I moved the scale 10 times!

I have lost 5cm off my bust, 2cm off my waist, and 7 cm off my hips....
Am wondering if I am still swollen around my waist?

Anyway, I feel great! I have a lot more weight to lose. I may adjust my goal weight, to my wedding weight.
Okay, here's how big I was 123.9 (deep breath)

I now weigh 118.7 kg

I feel like a heifer still, and I know that I have a long way to go. But there is a weight where I feel quite "good" about myself, and that is <110kg.
here's what I look like today:

and a before and after

FYI everything I am wearing is vintage/ thrift!

Good luck to everyone else, sounds like everyone has had a rough trot these last few days. I had a pretty crap weekend. Blasted pms.

fantastic results in your pics Amy K

I need to do the same, however my local store (now that we've moved) wasn't overly supportive - the girl who served me didn't appear to know what she was doing...

But I've just joined contours, and I think I will just order the shakes online everyfortnight as the store is also quite far away...

Very Homesick; but our new place is nice and the school is nice and the people I work with are lovely (better than nice!)

The hardest part has been getting thru the 1st year without my Dad... and then the courtcase my girls had to testify in... but is over with teh best result for all parties... so it's my turn to look after me again!

Will be back soon!
