Five Spice Chicken Wrap

A ‘Jump’ meal for dinner - but the filling on its own is great for ‘Skip’ lunches.
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:
  • 1⁄4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder.
  • 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp soya sauce.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 1⁄2 cup low fat natural yoghurt.
  • 6 chicken tenderloins.
  • Pita wraps.
  • Baby salad greens.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1⁄4 capsicum.

Method:

  1. Mix powders, sauce and garlic into yoghurt.
  2. Coat chicken tenderloins in yoghurt mix.
  3. Cook in frypan with minimum oil until tender.
  4. Combine 30-60g of cooked chicken with  baby salad greens, tomato and capsicum in a wrap.
