Five Spice Chicken Wrap
A ‘Jump’ meal for dinner - but the filling on its own is great for ‘Skip’ lunches.
Serves: 2-4
|
Ingredients:
- 1⁄4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder.
- 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp soya sauce.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1⁄2 cup low fat natural yoghurt.
- 6 chicken tenderloins.
- Pita wraps.
- Baby salad greens.
- 1 tomato.
- 1⁄4 capsicum.
Method:
- Mix powders, sauce and garlic into yoghurt.
- Coat chicken tenderloins in yoghurt mix.
- Cook in frypan with minimum oil until tender.
- Combine 30-60g of cooked chicken with baby salad greens, tomato and capsicum in a wrap.
