Mushroom Stirfry
|
Ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 8 medium button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Spray olive or canola oil
- ½ tsp crushed garlic or one fresh clove chopped finely
Method:
- Spray a frypan with the oil and fry the onion 2 minutes. Add sliced zucchini and mushrooms and cook until tender and browned. Also great on the Barbecue.
- Serve with 120g of chicken
- Enjoy!
