Salsa

Serve with ¾ cup of Basmati rice or pasta if on Skip program
Ingredients:
  • 2 red capsicum, diced
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • ½ continental cucumber, diced
  • Coriander or basil leaves, shredded to taste
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp BB Feel Good Salad Dressing

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Serve over 120g grilled red meat or chicken.
