Salsa
Serve with ¾ cup of Basmati rice or pasta if on Skip program

Ingredients:
- 2 red capsicum, diced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- ½ continental cucumber, diced
- Coriander or basil leaves, shredded to taste
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp BB Feel Good Salad Dressing
Method:
- Combine all ingredients
- Serve over 120g grilled red meat or chicken.
