Method:
To make meatballs combine the mince, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and Cajun spice. Form into 12 balls.
Lightly spray metal skewers with oil and thread on 3 meatballs separated with cherry tomatoes and onion.
Lightly spray with oil before placing on a hot BBQ.
Serve with salad or vegges.
Skip & Jump phase add ¾ cup basmati rice or BBQ sweet potato.
Jump phase for men increase meatballs to 200g (approx 5 skewers).
