Vietnamese Prawn Salad

Ingredients:
  • ¼ small Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 10 snow peas, top and tailed
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • ½ cup julienne carrots
  • 2/3 cup chopped Vietnamese mint leaves
  • 2/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 120g fresh cooked prawns, chopped
  • 1 tbsp BB Feel Good Salad Dressing

Method:

  1. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy
