What foods can I enjoy on Betty?
There are a variety of different foods you can enjoy while being on Betty - you can even have a treat occasionally! We've divided the range into wholesome foods (i.e. fruit, meats, vegetables, nuts etc) and into snack items (more packaged goods).

For the range of delicious snacks you can enjoy while on the Betty Baxter Program, please click here. Different snacks are allowed depending on what phase of Betty you're on, be sure to read the correct phase when looking at snack items.
